Nopirkt.lv is operated by SIA PROLINE BALTIC. Users must provide accurate information, use the website lawfully and must not attempt to disrupt, bypass security controls or access another person's account.

Product descriptions, availability and prices are maintained with reasonable care. Obvious technical, typographical or data-supplier errors do not create a right to obtain goods on impossible or manifestly erroneous terms. If an error affects an order, we contact the customer and refund any payment where fulfilment cannot proceed.

Website content, design and databases may be protected by intellectual property rights. Ordinary personal use is permitted; systematic extraction, resale or unauthorised reproduction is not.
