Fourteen-day right of withdrawal

A consumer who concludes a distance contract may withdraw from it within 14 days without giving a reason. For goods, the period normally starts on the day the consumer or a designated third party receives the goods. The consumer must send an unambiguous withdrawal notice before the period expires.

The notice may be sent to info@nopirkt.lv, delivered in person, or posted to SIA PROLINE BALTIC, Elijas iela 21, Riga, LV-1050, Latvia. After notifying us, the goods must be returned within 14 days.

Return and refund

For an ordinary withdrawal, the customer bears the direct return cost. If the goods are defective, non-conforming or incorrect, PROLINE BALTIC bears the applicable return cost.

A refund is made using the original payment method unless another method is agreed in writing. We may withhold the refund until the goods are received or the customer supplies evidence of dispatch, whichever occurs first. The customer is responsible only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal apply where required by law.
