Delivery options

Available delivery methods include collection from our Riga shop, DPD courier in Riga, DPD parcel lockers, Omniva parcel lockers, courier delivery in Latvia, Latvijas Pasts lockers and post offices, Express Pasts courier, Venipak lockers and Pickup points, Venipak courier, Unisend lockers and Unisend courier. The methods actually available for an order depend on the selected payment method, destination, parcel dimensions, weight and carrier capability.

Price and estimated date

The final delivery price and estimated delivery date are shown in checkout before the order is submitted. Delivery normally takes place on business days, Monday to Friday, between 09:00 and 18:00. An estimated date is not an unconditional next-day or 48-hour guarantee.

Standard DPD courier delivery in Riga is free when the discounted value of goods is at least EUR 500. Category-specific, oversized or otherwise special delivery charges are excluded from this offer.

Handover

Courier delivery is to the entrance of the building. Carrying oversized goods upstairs may cost EUR 6 per floor. The applicable charge is confirmed before fulfilment.
