Formation of the order

The seller is SIA PROLINE BALTIC. Product information, price, applicable taxes, delivery charge, estimated delivery date and available payment and delivery combinations are shown before the customer submits the order. The customer must check the order details and contact information before confirmation.

An automatically generated acknowledgement confirms receipt of the order. If fulfilment is impossible because of an objective stock, pricing or technical error, we contact the customer and return any payment received.

Price, delivery and risk

Prices are stated in euro and include applicable VAT unless clearly indicated otherwise. The final total shown in checkout governs the order. Risk passes to the consumer when the goods are received by the consumer or a designated third party, except where the consumer independently appoints a carrier not offered by the seller.

Consumer rights

The right of withdrawal and rights concerning non-conforming goods are described on the relevant pages and apply in accordance with Latvian law.
