Data, purposes and legal bases

• identity and contact details, account data, order contents, delivery address, payment status and correspondence — to enter into and perform a contract;
• invoices and transaction records — to meet accounting and other legal obligations;
• claims and warranty information — to perform the contract and protect legitimate legal interests;
• security and technical logs — to secure systems and prevent fraud and abuse;
• marketing contact details — only with consent or where specifically permitted by law. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.

Without mandatory order data we cannot process an order. Nopirkt.lv does not make automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects. A leasing provider may independently assess an application under its own policy.

Recipients

As necessary, data may be disclosed to the selected carrier, bank or payment system, leasing provider, accounting, hosting, IT and email providers, professional advisers and competent authorities. Transfers outside the EEA take place only with a lawful basis and GDPR safeguards.

Cookies

The site uses necessary technical cookies for sessions, cart, language, security and authentication. Analytics and advertising tools are disabled by default. If offered later, they will activate only after optional consent that can be withdrawn just as easily.

Retention

• accounting source documents — at least 5 years, or longer where required by law;
• orders, warranties and claims — until obligations, warranty, disputes and applicable claim periods end;
• account data — until deletion, except records required by law or needed for legal claims;
• marketing data — until consent is withdrawn or an objection is made;
• other data — only until its purpose ends, then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability where applicable, object to processing, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact info@nopirkt.lv. You may complain to the Latvian Data State Inspectorate.
